Don’t miss out on Mid-Autumn Festival.  Although traditional mooncakes sold in the stores are off limits on a gluten-free diet, you can easily make your own beautiful ones at home.

Do you want to try your hand at making mooncakes, but are not sure how to get started? Join us for a gluten-free mooncake class in Karen’s home kitchen. Learn how to make baked and snowskin mooncakes and go home with some to share with your family. 

Cost: $150 pax

You will make and take home:

  • 8 snowskin mooncakes
  • 2 large baked mooncakes
  • Recipes
  • Knowledge and fun

Date/Time: Saturday, 7 September, 3:00 pm -5:00 pm

Location: Dedicated gluten-free kitchen near Sixth Avenue MRT. Exact address will be provided after registration.

Mooncake fillings:

  • Traditional Lotus Paste – gluten-free, dairy free
  • Chocolate Lotus Paste – gluten-free

This class is not recommended for nut allergies as the paste contains peanut oil and marzipan paste (almond) will be available for use.
