Do you want to try your hand at making mooncakes, but are not sure how to get started? Join us for a gluten-free mooncake class in Karen’s home kitchen. Learn how to make baked and snowskin mooncakes and go home with some to share with your family.

- Traditional Lotus Paste – gluten-free, dairy free
- Chocolate Lotus Paste – gluten-free
This class is not recommended for nut allergies as the paste contains peanut oil and marzipan paste (almond) will be available for use.
