Bakening is a bakery built upon the belief in eating real food, trusting that nature knows best.

Everything we bake is flourless, Paleo & Vegetarian or Vegan: free from all grains, gluten, dairy, refined/artificial sugar, soy, additives, gums, colourings and preservatives. ♥

How Bakening does it...

We only use grain-free ingredients so everything is naturally gluten-free. Our ingredients are mostly sourced from local suppliers who import the materials directly (no processing in their facility).


Our gluten-free breads, cakes and cookies are often described as amazing and addictive by our customers. As we don’t use grain flours, our products are usually lower in carbs and higher in protein compared to other bakery items, and hence are well-accepted by our diabetic customers who monitor their blood sugar levels closely.
