Sensitive Chef Delcie Lam, the founder and owner of the home-grown bakery, firmly believes that cakes and desserts can be enjoyed without feeling guilty. She specialises in healthy, vegan, gluten-free, diabetes-friendly and allergy-friendly baking. All recipes use her own formulated high-protein gluten-free flour blend.

All of Delcie’s gluten-free cakes are also vegan (egg-free and dairy-free) by default.

How Delcie's Desserts & Cakes does it...

Careful baking using separate utensils, washing tools, thorough cleaning and separate baking and preparation hours can help prevent cross contamination in our gluten free cakes.

We have separate storage area for gluten free ingredients, separate cold storage for gluten free cakes as well.
