How Healthy gf Asian does it...

After suffering serious bouts of stomach bloating and discomfort since 2009, especially after consuming gluten, I discovered that I have gluten sensitivity in late 2013. In addition, I also have irritable bowel syndrome and lactose intolerance. Following the elimination of gluten from my diet in 2014, , my symptoms have improved dramatically. In the same year, I started cooking gluten free Asian recipes at home when I could not find many gluten free Asian recipes online. I started my blog in early 2015 in order to share my recipes online with others who are on a restricted diet like me, giving them more healthy and delicious dietary options.
