Come Meet Your Gluten-Free Tribe!

Everyone needs a little support. Whether it’s a good cup of coffee, lovely breakfast or some time to talk with people that understand what it is like to live gluten-free in Singapore – this is the meet-up for you!

Are you a little apprehensive you don’t know anyone? No worries, we are a friendly bunch. Just tell us you or someone you love is gluten-free and pull up a chair. We are always happy to meet new people.

Monthly coffee (or tea) mornings

Join us at our coffee morning meet-ups!  It doesn’t matter if you are newly diagnosed or a gluten-free veteran. Come join us for some friendly chatter. We know you have a busy schedule, so arrive any time after 9:30 and leave when you need to go. We will stick around until about 12:30 so you pop in for a little lunch if need be.  Catch up with old friends and make some new. Anyone is welcome, just pop in. We drink coffee/tea, eat gluten-free treats and make plans to meet up again. We ask questions, answer questions and talk to people who ‘get it’.

• Meet ups are free to attend and do not need an RSVP. Bring a friend along if you need extra support.

• We aim to discuss current relevant issues, share tips for living in Singapore, and give everyone a good chance to connect with other people living gluten-free in this city.

• Although the meet up is geared for adults, we understand if you need to bring a small child along. Most of us are moms (been there, done that) and we understand when life imposes on your morning out.

Really, it is the best meeting of the month.
